About Chef Pete Prasitbureeruk

@ pinch of salt studio Chiangmai

After worked 9 years experiences in 5 stars hotel in Melbourne Australia.

Pete who has strong vision and dream start established unique and sophisticated

food in Chiangmai.

He earned apprenticed qualification @ Crown Melbourne since 2006

when he worked in one of the best of cuisine ; Brasseries by Philip Mouchel and

notable Japanese fusion restaurant in the world NOBU where he raised himself to

cook for a fine dining plate to well-known like Mel C or Harry Kewell etc.

For master craft of patisseries , he learnt from Christy Tania who was the

celebrity chef as shown on Masterchef Australia season 4-5. He worked closely with

her to crated dish and initiated menu for Adelphi hotel.

As many years in food passionate in 5 cuisines; you can assure that his dish could surprised you any day.
